Baggage Failure

If there are any failures with passenger’s baggage (sendingto the wrong place, shortage of places or by weight, damage, loss), you should contact the airport Lost and Found service.

Your claim must be submitted in written form immediately after the discovery of the damage and in accordance with certain terms:

  • for domestic flights, within 6 months;
  • for international flights, within 7 days after receipt of baggage, in case of delay in delivery of baggage — within 21 days from the date of receipt of baggage and within 18 months in the case of loss of baggage.
